Public accountants director and auditor, entered in the register of Certified Public Accountants, Auditors and Advisors in Rome.
As a consultant in corporate management and organization, he held positions of economic-financial planning, assistance and consultancy in terms of drafting Business Plan, valuation of business state and intervention about its remedial actions. He provides assistance and advice in favor of experts, small and medium enterprises in different business areas.
In particular, over the years he has specialized in the field of planning and management control with the drafting of sustainable budgets for the reference period and with the next comparison with economical-financial flows produced by the management with the aim to have correct taxation in full compliance with the current regulation.
Pasquale is in charge of the start-up stage of the customer service, creation of new activity giving accounting-balance sheet keeping service both in headquarters and at clients, and also provide staff training assistance.
Specific attention is dedicated to the assistance in federal tax litigation, consultancy in subject of extraordinary societal procedures, such as mergers, spinoffs, companies conferral/sale, corporate issues regarding relationship between partners and between partner-company, as well as consultancy for estate and protection planning.
