Silvia Guida

Graduated in sociology of organization at La Sapienza University in Rome, she focuses her studies on working procedures and relational competences.
Silvia attends courses and seminaries on business training, classroom dynamics and public speaking techniques.
She has collaborated in the activity of entity in charge of citizen protection in the following areas of intervention: practice-based studies with the aim to observe working procedures; workplace studies aimed to study work in technologically dense environments; learning by doing with the purpose to give value to situated learning.
In the first years after university, Silvia starts a working career within the organization object of research carried out; front/back office; management of a regional sanitary project. Later, to improve support to the project management, she attends first level Master’s degree at Gema Business School (Registered Education Provider of Project Management Institute P.M.I).
Currently, she works in front/back office at CLAvis – Accountants Lawyers Consultants firm law in Rome.
