Marco Selvaggi

Marco is graduated with honors from the University of Rome La Sapienza; Supreme Court lawyer, he carries out his professional activity mainly in the field of Administrative Law and Civil Law, with particular reference to matters of tenders and concessions of works and public services with specific target on public contracts and procedures for awarding European public tenders for public administrations and economic operators; he deals with Town Planning Law and Building Law and Real Estate Law, taking care in these areas of consultancy and litigation before the TAR (regional Administrative Court) and the Consiglio di Stato and ADR (arbitration). He is a referral of varius and important Italian law firms. Member of the Executive Council of the Italian Association of European Jurists. Member of the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers. Alongside his professional activity, he is involved in volunteering as national councilor of CISV Italy and President of the Rome section.
